Bodybuilding

optimization

Our Bodybuilder Program is a multistep design. Our first phase is to decrease or eliminate pain in the body and pain with specific lifts. It is difficult to reach your full potential and get the most out of your body if you are held up by pain! The second phase of the program is maintaining healthy joints and to decrease asymmetries in the body utilizing manual techniques and corrective exercises to help prep before, during and after your competition.

For some of you, headaches are severe and even life altering at times. It can be hard to get daily tasks completed or even concentrate. There is a long list of different types of headaches and it can be daunting trying to find relief. Our focus is on Cervicogenic headaches, or headaches occurring from dysfunction in the neck. We have spent many weekends studying and learning from headache experts on how to best treat these symptoms which is exactly what this program addresses. Getting you back to symptom free and living a life without headaches!

Overhead

athlete

This program is for athletes participating in baseball, softball, volleyball, etc. In today’s world, games and practice never stops. Overhead athletes are more susceptible to injury do to shoulder positioning, repetitive overhead motion and typically only use one side. This typically leads to asymmetries in the body and leads to injury. This program focuses on manual work and corrective work to address the asymmetries and programing well after physical therapy is over to decrease the chances of injury and optimize performance.

Although leaking (especially with jumping), low back/hip pain, and weight gain are all common following pregnancy it does not mean it has to be this way.
